Blair Dunigan earned her Juris Doctor from Western New England Law School in 2000 and a B.A. in English Literature from Florida State University in 1993. Her extensive background in public service includes serving as General Counsel for Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute and as an attorney with the Metropolitan Nashville Public Defender’s Office, where she represented clients facing complex legal issues, including conservatorships and matters related to mental health law and individualized education plans.
